OVERALL MECHANICS
- Promo period is from April 4, 2025 (12:01am) – May 31, 2025 (11:59pm).
- Eligibility:
- Shoppers must be 18 years old and above to qualify.
- Customers can earn an entry by submitting entries to the online raffle. To join the promo, you must first download the SM Malls Online and create an account.
STEP 1: Download SM Malls Online App on iOS or Android.
STEP 2: Create an account by providing complete user details: full name, address, mobile number and email address.
STEP 3: A verification message from SM Malls Online will be sent to customer’s mobile number provided. Customer must enter the one-time password (OTP) in the app to verify the account.
STEP 4: To be able to shop, customer must set delivery address. Access the Summer of SurPRIZES coupon and swipe to redeem a raffle joining pass. Each registered user can only join once. The coupon can be accessed through:
- Link or QR from posters and social posts.
- Search the “coupon code” in app homepage
- Upon joining, each user already gains 1 raffle entry for the prize draws. An SMS confirmation will be sent to customer to confirm raffle entry earned.Users can have more chances of winning by collecting additional raffle entries by doing tasks:
- TASK 1: Earn 5 additional raffle entries by purchasing at least P700 food from the app.
STEP 1: Go to SM Malls Online app and make a purchase worth at least ₱700 worth from 2 or more restaurants by browsing items, adding to cart and pressing CHECK OUT.
STEP 2: Select EXPRESS DELIVERY for food or SAME-DAY DELIVERY for non-food.
STEP 3: Tap SM VOUCHER and use voucher code TRIPFOR2. Customers will get P49 off + 1 raffle entry.
STEP 4: Tap CONTINUE, select payment method and press CONFIRM AND PAY. Delivery address must be within the 10-kilometer serviceable radius of each mall. Every successful delivery, is equivalent to 5 raffle entries.

5. Qualified entries will be included in the electronic raffle draw with the presence of DTI Representative. The electronic raffle draw will be held at the Prime Headquarters, 6th floor MOA Square, MOA Complex, Pasay to be witnessed by a DTI representative via Zoom video conferencing call.

7. Prize validity:

8. Tax and Expenses:
- Taxes (including the 20% withholding tax for prizes over ₱10,000) and any associated expenses will be shouldered by the sponsor
- Prize is non-transferrable and not convertible to cash.
9. Notification of Winners:
- The winners of minor prizes will receive an email and SMS notification from SM Malls Online via help@smmallsonline.com. The major and grand prize winners will receive an SMS, Email and Registered Mail.
- 10. ***Customer can only win once. They will receive the higher-value prize if the names drawn more than once.
- Announcement of Winners:
- Winners will be publicly announced via Social media and the SM Online App on the draw dates mentioned above.
10. Prize Claim:
- For proper identification, the winner must present the following to claim his/her prize.
- Winner’s notification letter sent via email
- 1 Valid Government ID
- Winner must personally present identification at the Online Malls Inc., Marketing Department SM Prime Headquarters 6th Floor SM MOA Square, MOA Complex, Pasay City from Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 6 PM.
- In the absence of the winner, an authorized representative must present the following to claim the prize on behalf of the winner:
- Authorization letter from the Winner
- 1 valid government ID of the Winner
- Winner’s notification sent via email
- 1 valid government ID of the authorized representative
- Winner shall shoulder freight, if applicable.
11. Prize Forfeiture:
- Prizes must be claimed within 60 days from receipt of the registered notice. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited in favor of SM Malls Online, with DTI approval.
12. Disqualification:
- Employees of SM Malls Online, affiliates, advertising agencies, merchants, and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity, are disqualified from participating in the promo.
