- The Swipe Your Way To a New Car raffle promo shall run from June 24, 2026, 12:01 AM to December 23, 2026, 11:59 PM.

- Who Can Join / Eligibility
- The promo is open to all qualified participants who meet all of the following conditions:
- Must be a new user of the SM Malls Online App who successfully registers within the promo period.
- Must be at least 18 years old at the time of joining.
- Must have a valid registered mobile number and email address in the SM Malls Online App.
- Must successfully swipe/redeem the official promo coupon entitled “Swipe Your Way To a New Car Raffle Promo” within the promo period.
- The promo is open to all qualified participants who meet all of the following conditions:

To join, the participant must complete the following steps:- Register with the following information:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Email Address
- Contact Number
- Address
- Birth Month
- Age Range
- SMAC Number (Optional)
- Consent
- Search for or click the banner for the digital coupon “Swipe Your Way To a New Car.”
- Swipe/redeem the coupon to qualify for the raffle.
- The redeemed coupon shall appear in the participant’s coupon wallet as confirmation of the raffle entry.

- Earning of Raffle Entries
- Each successful swipe/redemption of the official promo coupon is equivalent to one raffle entry.
- Deadline for Submission of Entries
- The deadline for earning raffle entries is on December 23, 2026, 11:59 PM.
- Prize
- There shall be one winner of the following prize:
- One brand-new Suzuki Dzire GL CVT Hybrid vehicle
- Quantity: 1 unit
- Prize value: PHP 970,000
- Vehicle color shall be determined by the Sponsor based on available standard colors at the time of release and shall not affect the model/specification of the prize.
- There shall be one winner of the following prize:
- Raffle Draw / Winner Determination
- The raffle draw shall be held on January 5, 2027, 2PM, at Prime Headquarters, 7th Floor, MOA Square, MOA Complex, Pasay City, in the presence of a DTI representative, either physically or via Zoom video conferencing, as approved by DTI.
- The winner shall be selected electronically from the pool of qualified raffle entries using an electronic raffle system/randomizer.
- Three backup entries shall also be drawn and ranked in the order they are drawn. The backup entries shall only be used if the original winner is found to be disqualified, subject to validation and DTI approval.
- Winner Notification
- Winners shall be notified via registered mail, email and SMS and their names will be posted at the SM Malls Online Facebook Accoount (https://www.facebook.com/smmallsonline)
- Winner Announcement
- The winner may be announced through the official SM Malls Online App, SM Supermalls website, official social media pages, or other official channels of the Sponsor, subject to applicable privacy and consent requirements.
- Prize Claiming
- The winner must claim the prize at:
- SM Malls Online – Marketing Department
SM Prime Headquarters, 7th Floor, SM MOA Square, MOA Complex, Pasay City
- Claiming schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, except holidays.
- Expenses acquired for claiming are shouldered by the winner

- The winner must present the following:
- Two valid government-issued IDs with photo and signature.
- Winner notification email or SMS sent to the registered email address or mobile number.
- The redeemed Swipe Your Way To a New Car coupon in the SM Malls Online App coupon wallet.
- Other documents reasonably required for vehicle registration and release.
- The winner must claim the prize at:
- Claiming Through an Authorized Representative
- If the winner cannot personally claim the prize, an authorized representative may claim on the winner’s behalf upon presentation of the following:
- Special Power of Attorney.
- Notarized authorization letter from the winner.
- Two valid government-issued IDs of the winner.
- Two valid government-issued IDs of the authorized representative.
- Winner notification email and/or SMS.
- Screenshot or app record of the redeemed coupon in the winner’s SM Malls Online App coupon wallet.
- If the winner cannot personally claim the prize, an authorized representative may claim on the winner’s behalf upon presentation of the following:
- Vehicle Release Requirements
- The sponsor shall facilitate the transfer of ownership to the new owner.
- Taxes and Other Expenses
- The winner shall shoulder the applicable prize tax, vehicle registration charges, insurance, freight charges, if any, and other related expenses, unless otherwise stated by the Sponsor.
- Transferability and Cash Conversion
- The prize is not convertible to cash.
- Forfeiture Clause
- The winner must claim the prize within 60 days from receipt of registered mail notification.
- Failure to claim the prize within the prescribed period, despite notice, shall result in forfeiture in favor of the Sponsor, subject to prior DTI approval.
- Disqualification Clause
- The following are disqualified from joining the promo:
- Employees of SM Prime Holdings, Inc., Online Malls Inc., Shopping Center Management Corporation, Suzuki Philippines / [correct Suzuki entity to be confirmed], their affiliates, advertising agencies, promotion agencies, mall tenants directly involved in the promo, service providers, and suppliers directly involved in the promotion.
- Relatives of the above persons up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity.
- Persons who regularly report to the promoter, sponsor, or advertiser under a contract of service and who, by the nature of their work, may have direct and personal knowledge of the promo.
- Participants who submit fraudulent, invalid, incomplete, duplicated, or tampered entries.
- Participants who abuse the promo mechanics, create multiple fraudulent accounts, manipulate the app, or use unauthorized means to generate entries.
- The following are disqualified from joining the promo:
- Validation of Entries
- All entries shall be subject to system validation.
- The Sponsor reserves the right to verify the authenticity of each entry, account registration, coupon redemption, and participant information. Entries found to be fraudulent, invalid, incomplete, or inconsistent with these mechanics shall be disqualified, subject to DTI rules and approval where applicable.

- The winner may be requested to participate in reasonable publicity activities related to the promo, subject to applicable consent and privacy requirements.

- Any change in the promo period, draw date, venue, mechanics, procedures, eligibility requirements, winner-selection process, prize details, or terms and conditions shall be subject to prior DTI approval and shall be announced in the same manner and medium as the original announcement, as required.
