2. Promo Duration: May 10 (12:01 AM) – June 10, 2021 (11:59 PM).
3. Participating Malls via SM Malls Online: SM Megamall, SM North EDSA, SM Mall of Asia
4. The promo is only applicable for all orders for delivery for food brands only. Not available for pick up.
5. To join, customers must do the following to qualify:
STEP 1: Download SM Malls Online App on IOS or Android – http://gosm.link/FBPS5
STEP 2: Create an account and register. Customers will be asked the following: complete name, email address, preferred password and contact number.
STEP 3: Customer will be receiving a verification email from SM Malls Online. Enter the one-time password to verify the account and qualify.
STEP 4: Select preferred mall (Currently available malls are SM Megamall, SM North EDSA and SM Mall of Asia)
STEP 5: To qualify, browse food items and add to cart
i. Order must be from at least two different restaurants with minimum purchase total amount of PHP 500.00
ii. One (1) raffle entry per unique order number
STEP 6: Select Express Delivery
STEP 7: Enter Delivery Address h. STEP 8: Select COD for Payment and proceed to checkout
6. How to determine the winners
● Only one (1) winner will be chosen who will win a PlayStation 5 which will be announced via the SM Malls Online Facebook Page (www.facebook.com/smmallsonline) & SM Malls Online website.
● The drawing and announcement of winner will be based on the schedule below:
▪ Raffle Draw date is on June 18, 2021 (Friday) at 11:00AM with the presence of a DTI Representative
▪ Announcement of winner will be on June 25, 2021 (Friday), 4:00PM.
● Qualified Entries will then be included in the electronic raffle draw with the presence of DTI Representative. The electronic raffle draw will be held at the 10th floor MAAX Bldg. Coral Way Pasay to be witnessed by a DTI representative via Google Meet / Zoom video conferencing call.
● The winner will also receive a registered mail, email and SMS notification from SM Malls Online via marketing@smsupermalls.com / help@smmallsonline.com confirming that they won the SM Malls Online Order & Win PS5 Promo. The winner will be asked to send in the receipt and their address. o Prize is non-transferrable and not convertible to cash. o Prize is tax free.
7. Other Terms & Conditions:
a. SM Supermalls shall be free from responsibility in case of injury, accident or death during the gaming period or by claiming the prizes.
b. Employees of SM Prime Holdings, Inc its affiliates, mall tenants of the SM mall, agencies, service providers, respective officers and their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are not qualified to participate in this promotion campaign.
c. Persons reporting regularly to the promoter, sponsor, advertiser under a contract of service and who, by the nature of the service they render may have a direct and personal knowledge of this promotion are likewise disqualified.
d. All complaints and queries regarding this promotional activity shall be attended by SM Malls Online hotline that may be reached by emailing help@smmallsonline.com from Monday – Friday at 10AM – 5PM.
e. SM Prime Holdings Inc reserves the right to disclose and publish the name of the winner in any mode or manner, as relevant to the Promotion, in any mode or manner as they may deem appropriate.
f. SM Malls Online reserves the right to disqualify entries that that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent (i.e. abuse of promo mechanics to win prizes).
g. This promotion is with concurrence with DTI. h. SM Malls Online shall be responsible for the applicable taxes and other related expenses, if any, on the raffle prize.
8. How to Claim Prize:
a. For proper identification, the winner must present the following to claim his/her prize at the Shopping Center Management Corporation (SCMC) Digital Commerce Department 10th Floor (SM Mall of Asia Arena Annex Building, MOA Complex, Pasay City) from Monday to Friday, 10AM to 5PM.
i. Winner’s notification letter sent via mail or email
ii. 1 valid Government ID
b. In the absence of the winner, an authorized representative must present the following to claim the prize on behalf of the winner:
i. Authorization letter from the Winner
ii. 1 valid government ID of the Winner
iii. Winner’s notification sent via email
iv. 1 valid government ID of the authorized representative
c. By accepting the prize, the winner should agree to the following terms and conditions of Online Malls Inc.
d. Winners are given until 60 days from receipt of the notification to claim prize. Unclaimed prize after 60 days of notification will be reported to DTI and upon approval by DTI shall be forfeited in favor of Online Malls Inc.
e. Online Malls, Inc.’s decision is in final concurrence with DTI.
